Joshua Smith - Attorney at Law
Joshua Smith, a native of Southern New Mexico, brings a diverse legal background to his practice. With a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Economics and Agri-Business from New Mexico State University and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law, Joshua has been serving the Las Cruces community for over 15 years.
While Joshua has a strong foundation in water law, real estate law, and business law, he has transitioned towards a primary focus on estate planning. He assists individuals and families with wills, trusts, and probate matters, providing personalized solutions to navigate the complexities of estate law.
In addition to his legal practice, Joshua is actively involved in community service, serving in leadership roles within conservation districts and advocating for sustainable land management practices.
Vanessa Delgado - Paralegal
Vanessa Delgado brings over a decade of experience as a paralegal to our team. She graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and earned her associates in Paralegal studies from Dona Ana Community College. Vanessa is also a proud member of the Paralegal Division of the New Mexico State Bar.
Vanessa's expertise lies in supporting legal professionals and clients with her extensive knowledge and experience. Hannah Kubos - Administrative & Marketing Assistant
Hannah Kubos is a graduate of New Mexico State University, where she earned a double major in Communication and Spanish, along with a minor in Linguistics. With a keen interest in effective communication, Hannah is dedicated to ensuring clients have a seamless and positive experience.

At the rear of our building, you'll find a large parking lot along North Church Street. Look for the distinctive lime green paint of our building. Enter through the back entrance, and our office will be the second door on your right.

If you're entering our building from Main Street, our office will be on the east side of the street, accessible through the front door next to the lime green paint. Once inside, proceed towards the back of the building. Follow the hallway all the way towards the end, where you'll find our office door.
